ProfessionalBathroom Renovations

This is a letter of reference for Karl Schmidt. He renovated our ensuite bathroom in the fall of 2025. We were very impressed by his knowledge and work ethic. The quality of the tiling work was exceptional. The tiles are perfectly straight and the corners are immaculate. Rarely does one see such exacting work. Karl was very accommodating with our design choices, even when we wanted a faucet that was unusual and difficult to source, or a vanity and mirror that required wiring and assembly. His drywall, plumbing and electrical work was excellent. He was also very obliging and knowledgeable in addressing some unexpected issues we found in the house (there was a hole in the exterior wall that was letting water into the wall, that he fixed). He also helped with some repairs we had in other parts of the house. We appreciated his time, patience with our questions and advice. Karl is very experienced with house construction and maintenance and we have no hesitation in highly recommending him for your renovation project!

Hi Karl, We just want to tell you how much we are enjoying our newly renovated bathroom! You did an excellent job of tearing out the ceiling, bulkhead, vanity, etc. while keeping 'the mess' to a minimum. We especially like the oak vanity that you helped to design and ordered for us. The ceramic tiles, flooring and plumbing fixtures are just perfect. We were impressed with your quality workmanship and you had the bathroom renovated much quicker than we were expecting.
